We are pleased to confirm a special rate of $302 a night for the Classic Room (plus additional taxes and fees where applicable). If you wish to upgrade your room to a higher level, you must call the hotel directly. Tell them you are attending the Designs for Health Mastermind Summit, and they will give you details on the upgraded options. Guests staying with a reserved room at the Rimrock Resort who require parking overnight receive a rate of $25 per night. Those without a room reservation who require day parking receive a rate of $35 per day. Guests will need to stop by the Front Desk to pay the event parking rate. To complete the reservation, we will need a valid credit card on file. Payment is agreed upon in case of a no-show or cancellation per the policy terms. Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge. Appointments cancelled the day of the service or failure to arrive will be subject to a 100% charge. Charges are equal to the price of treatments booked plus tax.

• All three local ski resorts are listed in this document, with ski lift ticket prices and other details; please note Mt Norquay is showing a closing date of April 20, 2024, but Lake Louise Ski Resort and Banff Sunshine will be operating during your stay (weather/snow dependant)
• Page 6 has details regarding Ski/Snowboard rentals with either BlackTie or Snowtips ski rentals.
• Page 7 has information on our complimentary Ski Shuttle times that connect with Ski Resort Shuttles from the Banff Springs Hotel. Please reach out to the concierge desk to make shuttle reservations (403) 762-1889 or for last-minute reservations at our Bell desk (403) 762-1817. Please note: these times may change for April; the ski resorts update us closer to Spring.

The Winter in Banff brochure, lists all available winter activities in the area:

• Dogsledding - most local dogsledding companies will be finished operations early April due to snowpack, however Kingmik dogsled tours are showing availability but subject to change. They operate in the Lake Louise area, so snow tends to stay longer in this area.
• Norquay snow tubing - currently they are not operating during your stay as their website is saying April 14 closing date.
• Lake Louise Ski Resort snow tubing is showing available until May 5, 2024.
