We will train you for 5 weeks at the ePB Flagship Boston Office in event management, client management, the sales process (building initial contacts), and equipment management. We will also attend your first three live events.
You will have access to our learning management portal in order to receive continuous training. We will also put on bi-annual webinars for training on any updated processes. You can contact the franchise development manager for any questions.

We will provide a set of key staff positions that you will want to hire along with job descriptions. You will be responsible for hiring all office and temp staff.
You need to have proficient knowledge of Powerpoint, Macs/PCs, and how to operate monitors. Ample ongoing training will be provided to learn more about each technical area.
It will vary location to location but likely around 5-8 weeks.
