Customer Service & Client Services

You ensure the smooth day-to-day of our customers, while they use our platform. While working directly with logistics and transportation companies, you handle our customers' portfolio by focusing on the retention of our existing clients.

Customer Success

You are responsible for meeting clients’  needs to implement solutions tailored to their business goals with our services. You are a skilled communicator, and on your day-to-day, you train and look for opportunities to upscale partnerships.

Alina

Customer Success Officer (Brussels)

Coming from Bulgaria, Alina joined our office in Brussels in 2018! Her journey at Alpega so far? "Fast, furious, and surprising".


"When I joined Alpega, I didn't know exactly what I was coming for in my position. What became clear to me is the fact that here, they give you opportunities and enable you to take ownership.


It's funny, in my first 4 months in the company, I was given a big project. I commented at home that Alpega was probably testing me and trying to see my limits. What was the reality is that they saw value in my early deliverables and how well I was doing, so they wanted to give me the opportunity to challenge myself and grow in the company.


Here, I feel like I am given space to do what I do best. No micro-management, just overall support for you to achieve your goals. If you like working with people from all over the world and have autonomy... this is the place for you!

Dragos

Client Service Operator (Bucharest)

Meet Dragos - he is part of our Client Service Department, for the 123Cargo business. As a Client Service Operator, he analyses the transports incidents from our carriers.


He is passionate about fishing in the Summer, with his friends. You can also find him road-tripping around Romania. His favorite part about traveling? He definitely likes the journey more than the destination.


"Working at Alpega is fun - we work a lot, and even when we are in the office, we are having fun together, as a team. Being at Alpega has been a journey on its own: I changed roles to adapt to the business and we focus on solving problems quickly. Here, they respect your schedule and give you trust that if you have a problem, you can just go and solve it."

Carlos

Customer Service Coordinator (Barcelona)

Carlos is our Customer Service Coordinators in Barcelona. He manages a multicultural team that does Customer Service for our clients in our 5 different markets in Europe: West, South, North, Central, and North Europe. "It's always fun working in an international team. You need to always think about who the person is you are addressing. The approach you have will be different if the person is from France or from Germany, of course!"


Carlos started as a Customer Service Member in Iberia. He kept growing in the company, being given opportunities to work in different roles and projects.


"Being a Customer Service Coordinator is a big challenge, but I had my manager backing me up at every step. I like the multiculturality at Alpega: it's common, when we have in-person meetings, that you hear suddenly someone speaking Polish with each other, on the other part of the table they are speaking Italian... It's always funny to see the number of nationalities we have, and how rich the team can get because of it!"

Susana

Customer Service Manager (Barcelona)

"I came to Spain from Portugal in 2007 - I wanted to experience new cultures and understand how it was like to live abroad. Ever since then, I've been learning how to manage both cultures. Today, I am the Customer Service Manager for the Alpega Marketplace.”


"At my job, I get to inspire and motivate colleagues and lead by example. In this world, you can do the right actions to move your co-workers and achieve customer satisfaction. Not only that, but I also get the opportunity to increase my network of interactions cross-department at Alpega."
