"It's nice to walk the path at Alpega". Geoffray joined Alpega in 2018. He calls himself a geek - for astronomy and for cars.

In our Belgium office, you can find him with our Finance team - he is responsible for consolidation, reporting and communicating to different stakeholders about our financial situation and controlling at Alpega.

"Since I joined Alpega, it has been a rollercoaster. When I started, Alpega was just starting its Finance department, so the first few years were all about building the proccesses and doing things I had never done before in my career.

Often, our Customer Success teams are on-site with customers, to help design the solution for them, and adapt it to our customers.

We work with tools to measure employee engagement and act with the results given monthly. We also have in place internal communication strategies, so our employees can stay up to date with what is happening within our 15 different offices.

Our business function teams work hard to ensure that we work with the correct partners in our business, that respect our commitment to become more sustainable and reduce our company’s emissions of CO2.
