Terms and Conditions

Please READ carefully, as this pertains to the agreement of your registration with Local Video Academy.

By purchasing this product, you (sometimes referred to as "Customer") agree to the following terms stated.

PROGRAM

BML Media Group, LLC and Sold With Video agrees to provide the course content, identified as an online course aid, to help customers gain more income and freedom by starting a local video marketing agency. Customer agrees to abide by all policies and procedures outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation in LVA.

DISCLAIMER

Customer understands that Brandon Lucero has not promised, nor shall be obligated to, the following:

(1) Success in business, results, and sales for the Customer.

(2) Provide assistance, as either coach or mentor, with consultations for future business contracts made by Customer.

(3) Procure any publicity, social media exposure, interviews, write-ups, features, television, or print promotions for the Customer.

(4) Introduce Customer to Brandon`s full network of contacts, media, or business partners. Customer understands that a relationship does not exist between the parties after the conclusion of this program.

FEES/PRICES

The price for Local Video Academy is four full payments of $297. You will pay $297 today, and $297 each month, for an additional 3 months from the date of purchase, totaling $1,188. If you choose this option, you are responsible for all 4 payments. If you elect to pay for Local Video Academy in full, you agree to a one-time payment of $997.

We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our Collection Agency.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as a form of payment. If Customer chooses to pay by monthly installments, he/she authorizes the monthly charge for LVA on the Customer`s credit card or debit card.

REFUNDS

Proof that you did everything in the course and showing all your work is required.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 60 days, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our Collection Agency.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Local Video Academy respects Customers’ privacy and insists that the Customer respects ours as well. Thus, consider this a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Any confidential information shared by LVA participants or any representative of LVA is confidential, proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the Customer or representative who discloses it. Parties agree not to disclose, reveal, or make use of any confidential information or any transactions during discussions, in the forum or otherwise.

Customer agrees not to use such confidential information in any manner other than in discussion with other Customers, or Brandon, during the LVA program. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, information disclosed in connection with this agreement, and shall not include information rightfully obtained from a third party.

Both parties will keep private information in strictest confidence and shall use their best efforts to safeguard the confidential information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss, and theft.

Customer agrees not to violate LVA’s Publicity or Privacy Rights. Furthermore, Customer will NOT reveal any information to a third party obtained in connection with this Agreement or LVA’s direct or indirect dealings with Customer, including but not limited to, names, email addresses, third-party company titles or positions, phone numbers, or postal addresses. Additionally, Customer will not, at any time, either directly or indirectly, disclose confidential information to any third party.

By purchasing our product, you agree that if you violate or display any likelihood of violating this agreement, LVA and/or the other program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Local Video Academy is developed for strictly educational purposes ONLY. Customer accepts and agrees that Customer is 100% responsible for their progress and results from LVA. LVA makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing. Customer understands that because of the nature of LVA and it’s extent, the results experienced by each Customer may significantly vary. Customer acknowledges that, as with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that Customer will reach their goals as a result of participation in LVA. LVA program education and information is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, specific advice tailored to any individual. LVA assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any program materials.
