Allows you to review applications submitted and either approve or deny

Once Application is approved,  auto-lists a student as pre-enrolled in MySchoolWorx, and sends the parent MySchoolWorx log in information.

Allows you to post the application link on your school's website - or send to parents of prospective students directly via email

How to Set up and Use the New Student Enrollment Feature in MySchoolWorx:

This feature is specific to enrolling new families with your school.  

(MySchoolWorx also has a re-enrollment feature for returning students.)

CREATE YOUR UNIQUE  WEB LINK

In the Enrollment section,

a) Select Settings

b)  Choose an Expiration Date

c) Press  the "plus" sign (+)

COPY YOUR LINK

To copy the link, right click on the copy button (double pages icon).

ADD LINK TO YOUR WEBSITE

Prospective parents 

visiting your website can

 submit an application when you embed your URL (link) to your site.  

Just select the best spot on your website where visitors can access the enrollment link,

then provide the link to your web master to embed it there.

SHARE THE LINK VIA EMAIL

Send the  link to parents of prospective students in an email with a template you can edit.  Just click the mail icon in enrollment section of MySchoolWorx.  You can edit then send to external individuals or groups -  directly from MySchoolWorx.

You can also create your own message in your external email client (Outlook, gmail, Yahoo, etc.) and copy & paste the link into an email.

REVIEW & APPROVE

When a parent submits a form

 from the link on your website, 

you'll get a notification in MySchoolWorx with the form.

You can  copy or export 

applications to Excel or CSV files, 

or print directly from MySchoolWorx. 

After you review, you can click the Approve or Deny.

FIND STUDENT IN SYSTEM

When an application is accepted in the system, it automatically creates the student in MySchoolWorx, 

and sends the parent login information for MySchoolWorx so they are prepared for when school starts.
