"Chance favours the prepared mind"

An active shooter is an individual or group of people who set out to or are actively engaging in attempting to kill people in a confined and populated area. In most cases, firearms are used and there is no pattern of selection for their victims.

The attacks that have terrorised America, Europe and more recently Australia have given rise  to new approaches on how to survive these situations. Though far from an exact science, these efforts are based on a disturbing amount of data including: case studies, surveillance footage and personal accounts from first responders and survivors.

How ready are you?

Most companies in Australia are completely unprepared for these type of critical incidents. Our training course highlights the critical steps required to survive such encounters. Find out if your business is prepared for a critical incident such as an armed attack or an active shooter. Our training will enable you to understand the processes of the conscious and unconscious mind during times of high stress. Furthermore, you will receive a step by step plan for managing these critical incidents. When we invest in the well-being of our employees we ensure a safer and more cohesive workplace. In this current environment more and more private companies overseas now train their employees on what to do in the case of an active shooter, its time Australian companies started preparing as well.
