Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds: Digital products or services are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

Process for Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at billing@simple360.com with your order number and reasons for the refund request. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days upon receipt.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. 

Dispute Resolution

Contact Us First: If you have any concerns or disputes, please contact us at billing@simple360.com before initiating any formal action. We aim to resolve disputes amicably and promptly.

Formal Dispute Resolution: If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, it may be necessary to seek resolution through formal channels such as mediation.

Governing Law: This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time: Please note that you must cancel your subscription before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month's fee. Upon cancellation, your subscription benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for any subscriptions. To cancel, please go to your account settings and follow the instructions for cancellation.

Data Privacy Policy

Information Collection: We collect information you provide when you register, use our services, or communicate with us. This may include personal information like your name, email address, and usage data.

Use of Information: We use the information collected to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to communicate with you, and to enhance the security of our services.

Zippity, SimpleSchedule, and SimpleService by SimpleTire is integrating with Google Calendar to allow users to display appointments booked through Zippity, SimpleSchedule, and SimpleService in their calendar on their Google account, receive live updates in Zippity when changes are made to their events in Google, and modify schedule available in Zippity based on the time and duration of events in the Google calendar. Therefore, users must provide authorization for Zippity, SimpleSchedule, and SimpleService to write to and read from Google Calendar. Additionally, the Zippity app requires the email of the authenticated user, as the app displays the linked account and provides the user the option to change the linked account.

Zippity, SimpleSchedule, and SimpleService by SimpleTire's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
