Owners have the first right of refusal to either buy out other owners or maintain their ownership while we facilitate the exchange of other ownership interests, the exchange of ownership interest does not trigger property refinancing, title changes, or property tax adjustments, ensuring that it does not impact the value of your share ownership.


Investor Disbursements

When the property has acquired and stabilized, Cohome will disburse investor distributions on a quarterly basis during the course of 3 years, additionally, you can expect the appreciation when your ownership sold at the end of year 3. 

Cohome - Syndicator

Cohome Investment is the sponsor in each deal, which means that we manage each project from start to finish. We carefully analyze potential deals, complete due diligence work on likely deals, and choose only the deals with the greatest potential for our investors. We then create the LLC in which the property will be held, put down the deposit to open escrow, handle all title and escrow documents, oversee the operation, and make sure the project is staying on track with time and budget. 


We also handle everything on the investor side. We prepare the investment offering info for investors, keep investors updated throughout the project, provide listing service support, take property photos, and market the property. We also handle all accounting services including investor distributions and tax filings.

LLC Legal Structure

This investment is held in a stable LLC ownership structure. The limited liability company structure is designed to separate the assets and liabilities associated with the Property from the personal assets of investors.
