Prize Details  

One grand prize winner will get the chance to stay at a top Hipcamp for a maximum of 7 nights. Your pitch will be kitted out with Coleman® gear worth over £4,000 that is yours to keep. The winner is invited to bring one additional adult along for the adventure, as well as up to three children and one pet. Winner will be selected no later than 20th March 2024. (Transportation to selected Hipcamp will not be provided).

Full details of the Coleman products included are listed below. The winner will be able to choose from a pre-selected list of campsites from the areas listed below the Terms & Conditions.

How to enter

Create a Hipcamp account or login to your existing Hipcamp account at hipca.mp/perfectpitch to enter. Entrants must accept Hipcamp and Coleman’s terms of service for a chance to win.

Participation validity

The winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the sign-up period. The winner will be selected by no later than 20th March 2024.

Limitations

Employees of Newell Brands UK and Hipcamp, along with their family members will not be allowed to enter the giveaway.

Offered prize and its value

The total value of the grand prize is approximately £4,600, which includes the cost for 7 nights at a Hipcamp and £4,150 of Coleman® gear at recommended retail price (2024).

Getting in touch with the winners

Hipcamp will contact the winner directly via email. The winner will have up to 5 days to respond before an alternate winner is chosen. If a winner does not respond within 5 days they will forfeit the prize.

Competition T&Cs:

1. Applicant must be 18 years or older
2. Only applicants with a home address in the UK will be eligible to win
3. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win
4. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received
5. Employees of Hipcamp UK, Newell Brands UK, and of companies associated with Hipcamp UK and Newell Brands UK, as well as their family members and relatives, are excluded from entering
6. Any information submitted on entering the giveaway will not be shared publicly without your express permission. For further information view the Hipcamp privacy policy here
7. Pictures and videos could be taken at the campsite to create some content to be used for the promotion of the competition during the stay and of Coleman® products afterwards. Your written consent will be required should you appear on the images.

9. If you apply more than once, this will not increase the chances of you winning
10. If the winner(s) does not respond to the prize win notification within 5 days Hipcamp reserve the right to offer the prizes to an alternate winner(s)
11. Full details of the Coleman® products included in the bundle are listed below. Newell Brands UK reserve the right to substitute any of these products with an alternative if stock is not available. The total winner’s prize bundle will be at least £4,000 in value at 2024 RRP. No cash alternative is available. Once products are used there is no expectation for them to be returned.
12. Hipcamp reserve the right to add / remove campsites from the available booking list for any given reason
13. The Hipcamp stay is up to a maximum of 7 nights, the winner doesn’t have to take them all but they must be taken on consecutive days.
14. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hipcamp UK and Newell Brands UK Limited shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions - and your application - for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by you even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
15. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Hipcamp UK and Newell Brands UK Limited reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
16. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
