PROCESSING SAMPLE
The patient's sample is received and processed at our lab in Bellingham, WA.
ORDER ONLINE
Your patient orders their test kit from your custom BiomeIQ landing page and it is shipped directly to their home.
REGISTER ONLINE
Once received, the patient registers their kit in our secure online portal and the kit is linked to your provider account.
COLLECT & SHIP
Following the instructions included in the kit, the patient collects their sample and returns it in the prepaid envelope.
RESULTS
The BiomeIQ report will be delivered to the provider via online portal in about two weeks.
