WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE FREE CONSULTATION?

We dedicate 30 minutes for each consultation in one of our private consultation rooms. This time allows for you to explain to your dedicated Therapist the areas you’d like to treat and what you expect from the treatment. One of the best ways to determine which treatment will work best is for our trained professionals to assess you visually. The treatment areas are marked out, the areas of concerns are clearly identified by both the client and the therapist, and your treatment options are explained in full.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE FREE CONSULTATION?

After you and your Therapist discuss your goals and which treatment options are suitable, your Therapist will develop a treatment plan recommendation outlining exactly which treatment & course will be best for you to achieve your goals, and will provide you with information you can take home with you, including all of your available pricing and package options. There is absolutely no obligation to go ahead with the treatments suggested! We know it can be a big decision for you, and it's important that you have all the information you need and have an opportunity to ask any questions you have before proceeding with your treatment! WILL MY TREATMENT HAPPEN ON THE DAY I COME IN FOR MY CONSULTATION?

No, the free consultation and your treatment will not take place on the same day. If you are happy with the treatment program recommended to you by your Therapist during the free consultation (and you wish to proceed with the treatment), you must pre-pay for your treatment in full (at 50% off pricing). Once your treatment has been paid in full, we will work with you to schedule your treatment in at a time that suits your availability.
