IT Upskilling Program

As a candidate in our Koch IT Upskilling program, with a natural aptitude and interest in software development, you will learn within a cohort of experienced instructors to solve real problems.

This program is conducted online through a partnership with our preferred partner, Catalyte, at no cost to the participant. Classes are selected through an online screening and interview process conducted by Catalyte.

We are currently looking for people to join our next training cohort. If you are a curious and creative person who loves solving problems and being part of something bigger, we invite you to take our online screening.

Catalyte is an innovative talent transformation platform that identifies individuals with the aptitude to become software developers and provides access to an accelerated education program at no cost to the trainee.

No prior experience in software development is necessary, but the program does require a 40-hour-a-week commitment spread over 26 weeks. Over that duration, Catalyte trainees will learn all the skills necessary to become full-stack developers.

Upon program completion, Catalyte graduates may be eligible for full-time employment with Koch companies.

Start dates are flexible and determined on a case-by-case basis.

Phase One

• Applications accepted
• Assessment and pre-interview
  
• Invitations extended to selected applicants

Phase Two

• Upon completion of Phase One, coursework and virtual training begins in partnership with Koch's preferred skilled development partner.
• Bi-weekly "Day in the life at Koch Session"
• Resume and interview support

Program Completion

• Program participants are eligible for full-time employment upon successful completion of the training program
• Resumes drafted, Koch applications completed
• Interviews scheduled

In order to participate in our IT Upskilling program, you must:

• Have earned a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be a U.S. citizen or be eligible to work in the U.S.
