Thank you for looking at Free Range Mags. We are part of Pics & Ink Limited and we run a website called, amazingly, picsandink.com

We have a sister company called Iceberg Press which makes a magazine called The Simple Things. We launched back in 2014 and are very pleased to say that life is good!

When you subscribe to Free Range Mags you will need to give us some data so that we can charge you, manage and run your subscription, for our privacy policy click here.

Our payment process is very secure we we don’t store your card details and we can’t see them. All our payment is done through ChargeBee (the software we use to manage your subscription, Stripe (our card processor), Paypal (a payment gateway) or Shopify (our storefront).

When you order on our website to are confirming that you are either the account or card holder, or that you have permission from the account or card holder to make the payments. 

We reserve the right to reject or cancel your order, although its pretty unlikely we will. If we did then we’d write to let you know why.

Refunds & Returns

You aren’t tied into your subscription for a fixed length of time so you can cancel whenever you like. All our plans will automatically renew at the end of their term but you can cancel midway through a term or at any other time. 

Just contact us to let us know you would like to cancel and we’ll refund you for any mailings that aren’t already on the way or are about to be posted (ie we’ve already ordered the magazine for you).

If a magazine arrives in a damaged condition then please take a quick picture and send it to us. We’ll do our best to put things right.

If you really don’t get on with the magazine we send then contact us too. We’ll try to help, even if that’s just explaining why we thought this would be a good one for you.

Delivery

Our magazines are sent out via Royal Mail in the UK and by a variety of couriers to other places. 

If you order for delivery in the EU then now the UK has left (sob) we will have to collect any VAT or duty due at checkout and pay this on your behalf. This varies by country and will be calculated at checkout. 

For the rest of the world then any taxes or duty payable are your responsibility on delivery, although in our experience this is a very unlikely occurrence.
