West Tower Replacement Project

Bigger and better facilities for the best patient care experience

West Tower Renovations

The West Tower will add three floors above the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital Vanderbilt at Williamson Medical Center.

Once complete, the main tower will undergo a full renovation to include larger patient rooms, private patient elevators and updated technology. We understand that hospital visits can be a family’s most challenging times, and that’s why each detail, from room size to furnishings, is chosen with patient and visitor comfort in mind.

Details:

Dedicated observation unit will allow us to better care for patients who have not yet been admitted.

Additional ICU rooms will increase our capacity to serve our neighbors who are in need of immediate care.

Larger medical/surgical patient rooms will make patients and visitors more comfortable as they rest and recuperate.

VIP rooms ensure privacy for guests of Williamson Medical Center that need extra security and peace of mind.

“I’m really excited about the West Tower expansion project – it is going to change how we deliver healthcare at Williamson Medical Center. This will provide significant benefits so residents will not have to drive to Nashville to get their care.”
