There are 2 simple options for moving forward with the RACE Code:

Our experienced RACE Code Consultants will take you through the following process:

• Download the code and review the 4 main principles: Reporting, Action, Composition and Education

• Watch DRIVERS video which is where you will get the philosophy behind the code’s principles 

• Use the checklist provided to determine how well you fare against the provisions which will in turn help you to identify actions 

• Score yourself on the Benchmark 10 exercise and then provide us with:

a) Your logo 

b)Your ‘apply and explain’ statement against the 4 principles 

c) Your benchmark 10 

You should go on to create an action plan based on your answers to the code questions and then decide whether this action plan will form part of a wider EDI strategy and plan and how it will be monitored

Arrange an appointment with our RACE Code Consultants and we will arrange the following:

Carrying out a Pre-diagnostic assessment

• Carry out a Diagnostic Document Review (DDR)
• As part of the initial process we will also do a survey of the Leadership Team
• Carry out Diagnostic Sessions

Carry out Diagnostic Session

• Examining the DDR and Survey outputs
• Exploring the expected outcomes and defining robust actions
• Assessing your EDI activity against the 12 governance principles from the tgf Code
• We will facilitate Benchmarking against the 10 ‘must’ provisions
• We will also facilitate assessment against the final 45 provisions
