How to Retrieve my Winning Bids?

Before participating, it’s important to consider the following points to facilitate the transaction between Jakibi sellers and buyers.

Once an item is successfully bought, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to retrieve your newly found treasure.

Consider the pickup location of your winning bid. You may need to travel to this location to pick up your newly acquired treasure.

The buyer is responsible for securely dismantling, transporting, and packaging the item(s). Any special tools required to dismantle or disassemble the item(s) will need to be provided by the buyer. It is recommended that the buyer get in touch with the seller for more details.

La Maison des Encans

Your items must be collected from Monday to Friday between 10 AM. and 4:30 PM at 3700 St-Patrick, suite 227, Montréal, Qc H4E 1A1. Don't forget your proof of purchase.

Please pick up your items at the auction house as of the following days:

For Sunday and Monday auctions: as of Tuesday

For Tuesday and Wednesday auctions: as of Friday
