Manage shared accounts

To manage your shared account in your ‘My Account’ page. Go to the ‘Library’ tab and click on the ‘Manage’ button to the right of your active subscription.

In the dropdown menu click on ‘Manage shared account’.


Once you are in the managed shared account page you have the ability to take the following actions.


How do I add shared accounts?

Once you are in the shared accounts page you will have the ability to add shared accounts to your subscription.


If you do not have any shared accounts set up a pop up will appear that will allow you to begin adding shared accounts. Complete the information requested and click the to the check icon to the right of the added user. Once you are done adding users click the ‘Save’ button.


Note: You can add up to 5 shared accounts. Once you have reached your limit you will need to remove another user account to add a new shared account.

If you already have shared accounts set up a pop up will appear that will allow you to manage your existing shared accounts, as well as add new shared accounts. 


To add a new shared accounts, click on the ‘+ Add shared accounts’ link. 


Empty fields will appear for you to enter a new shared accounts information. After entering the appropriate information, click the check icon and then the ‘Save’ button to confirm the shared account.

How do I resend a shared account activation email?

Go to the ‘Library’ tab and click on the ‘Manage’ button to the right of your active subscription.


In the dropdown menu click on ‘Manage shared account’.

You will see the shared accounts on this active subscription listed in the ‘Manage shared accounts’ pop up. Click on the mail icon. A new email will be sent to that user.

How do I edit an existing shared account?

Go to the ‘Library’ tab and click on the ‘Manage’ button to the right of your active subscription.


In the dropdown menu click on ‘Manage shared account’.

You will see the shared accounts on this active subscription listed in the ‘Manage shared accounts’ pop up. Click on the pencil icon. The users email, first name, and last name will appear as editable fields. Make the appropriate changes. 


Click the check icon and then the ‘Save’ button to confirm the changes made to the shared account.

How do I remove a shared account?

Go to the ‘Library’ tab and click on the ‘Manage’ button to the right of your active subscription.


In the dropdown menu click on ‘Manage shared account’.

You will see the shared accounts on this active subscription listed in the ‘Manage shared accounts’ pop up. Click on the trash icon. 


A confirmation box will appear and click the ‘Remove’ button to confirm the action.
