Our evoting services offer an electronic means of both casting and tallying votes. Our automated systems can be custom designed for attendee and/or faculty judging as well as poster evaluations. However your event is structured, we can find a way to incorporate a virtual judging element.

Judges receive their ballot links via email
Judges join the live 2D event and move from station to station to judge each presenter
Judges fill out their digital ballots during and/or after the presentation

Self-narrated ePoster recordings are embedded directly into the ballots
Judges watch the videos with the presenter's narration over the ePoster and scored accordingly
Option to add a live Q&A component so the judges can ask follow up or clarifying questions

The initial opening of a judge's digital ballot shows the list of posters to be judged

Once a judge clicks on a name, the criteria with score sliders opens up

If judges are scoring self-narrated ePoster recordings, the videos will be embedded directly into the ballot. Static ePoster slides can be embedded as well.
