Timothy DeLeon as President, co-founder, and owner of MarketEdge Homes exemplifies the definition of a great leader by pursuing all of his endeavors with integrity and hard work. A born and bred Texan, he spent his younger years in Corpus Christi, where he was raised with a strong appreciation for family and education. After graduating from Incarnate Word Academy, he embraced the opportunity to further his education and moved to the bigger city of San Antonio to undertake and graduate with his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas, San Antonio.
Upon graduating he began working with a Fortune 500 company in the petroleum and refining industries involving design, engineering, and procurement of both rotating and stationary equipment.

His abilities were recognized as he flourished in his various roles receiving several awards, honors, and promotions ultimately becoming a Lead Mechanical Engineer. During the downturn of 2008 the company for which Tim worked, like many across the U.S., was hit very hard with many workers around him being laid off. It was during this time that he felt he needed to investigate how to work for himself and build a company that could provide security for his family going forth, thus the birth of MarketEdge Homes.

His love for real estate and helping others shows with every interaction he has with clients. He has further developed as an individual and expert in the field through his continuing education and vast experiences.
He is a most generous person, and always happy to share his knowledge to help others to a better place by achieving their goals and dreams. He loves his family and has done a fantastic job of raising his son Tyler to be a handsome, caring, well-rounded and intelligent young man. He is very excited about doing it all again with his youngest son, Dominic. He balances work and leisure and enjoys exercising to stay fit and healthy, watching his San Antonio Spurs and Dallas Cowboys play, playing golf, movies and lives by the motto “Discipline and determination every day will ultimately pave the way.”. He continually pushes himself, raising the bar with every new challenge to achieve new heights and keep MarketEdge Homes on the cutting edge.

Dr. Kate DeLeon is co-founder/owner of MarketEdge Homes along with her husband Timothy DeLeon. She was born and raised “Down-Under” in Australia but has been a fellow Houstonian for many years, hence if you have the pleasure of speaking with her you may notice a unique Aussie-Texas accent.
A dedicated hard-working woman of many hats, she holds a strong commitment and importance for family. Kate is a well-rounded individual who continues to strive for excellence in all aspects of her life. She keeps busy enjoying life with hubby, their two sons Tyler and Dominic, two ‘furry babies’ adopted from CAP in Houston (cats Frankenstein and Bella), family and friends.

Kate is passionate about real estate and the opportunities it offers in helping her family, but also being able to provide help and opportunities to others. A driving force for starting MarketEdge Homes was to fulfill ambitions of becoming a business owner and having the freedom and flexibility to travel to be with family in different countries. Since starting MarketEdge Homes, Kate continues to stay abreast of real estate issues and market trends attending seminars, conferences, webinars, and networking at many events including many at the Realty Investment Club of Houston.
In addition to her roles with MarketEdge Homes, Kate is a licensed and practicing audiologist. She enjoys building rapport with her patients and sharing her educational experiences to enable others to understand the hearing and balance systems. Her diverse educational experience began when she was awarded her Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science from La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia. She continued her educational pursuits and earned her Graduate Diploma of Audiology and Masters of Clinical Audiology from The University of Melbourne, Australia. Fulfilling one of many dreams to study overseas, she then moved to Houston where she undertook and graduated with her Doctor of Audiology from Lamar University.
Having been fortunate to have traveled to several countries as well as work in both Australia and the U.S she has further increased her awareness and understanding of cultural diversity and encompasses her experiences to provide high-quality care, service and human touch to the work that she undertakes.
She is excited about the growth of MarketEdge Homes and alongside her husband and the fantastic MarketEdge Homes family, helping others with their real estate needs and goals.

A vibrant new partner with MarketEdge Homes, Jason is a familiar face to many as MarketEdge Homes’ Lead Contracts Specialist and home inspector. A native Texan, he was born and raised in Corpus Christi before broadening his horizons in San Antonio.
While pursuing his college education at The University of Texas-San Antonio he was simultaneously and quickly climbing the corporate ladder in the retail industry. Having held various managing roles he has continuously demonstrated his strong work ethic and more importantly ability to help others with his exceptional customer service skills, for which he has received multiple recognitions.

Ready for a new challenge and eagerly looking to further explore his interest in real estate, he moved to Houston to join MarketEdge Homes. He hit the ground running and exhibiting a keen willingness to learn, has taken on various roles and responsibilities within the company, diversifying his real estate repertoire. A great team player, he shares his passion for real estate and desire to meet the needs and goals of clients providing honest and expert advice. He continues to strive for excellence, expanding his skills, goals, and dreams along the journey.
When not in the office, Jason enjoys working out, catching up with friends and family, great music, watching sports, the occasional round of golf and traveling, most recently exploring the Great Ocean Road and surrounds of “the land Downunder”, Melbourne Australia.
