Questions from our housemates are welcome and encouraged. We did our best to think of everything, so you can get right to settling in and feeling at home. Our product offering and services were artfully conceived to create spaces that fostered a sense of community for the person looking for housing in high-density high-cost cities.

Do I need to buy renter’s insurance?

NO, personal renter's insurance is included in the nightly rate to cover any personal items.

May I request a roommate?

Roommates may be requested. Requests must be mutual between both parties. Pairing will be subject to availability and dates of stay. 

What if I want to bring my girlfriend/boyfriend/ spouse along with me?

Synergy Spaces are limited to one occupant per room. If you are relocating with a significant other that will be occupying the residence full time, please inquire about our standard fully furnished apartments. 

What if I do not get along with my roommate?

Outside of the terms listed in the Synergy Spaces Terms and Conditions, Synergy is not responsible for Synergy for any claims, damages, or actions of any nature whatsoever relating to, arising out of or connected with disputes between Roommates. Any violation could result in termination of tenancy. 

When will I know who my roommate is?

Resident acknowledges that there will multiple occupants in the Unit and that occupants may come and go during Resident's stay in the unit. Synergy will utilize reasonable efforts to screen potential occupants but cannot and will not discriminate in any way including but not limited to race, nationality, age, gender or sexual orientation or identification. Synergy will attempt to notify Resident of a new occupant three (3) days prior to a new occupant moving into the Unit. Resident further acknowledges that Synergy cannot screen for or guaranty compatibility of new occupants of the Unit.

Is there a minimum stay required?

Reservations must be a minimum of 30 nights.  

Is there a standard security deposit required? 

A $500 security deposit is required for all reservations.

Reservation Initiation & Roommate Matching 

There are 3 rentable "rooms" per two bedroom apartment. Only 1 person per room may occupy the space.
