Solving the problem of a correct training plan is as easy as deciding what you want. I suspect a lot of people contact us in the hope of finding a secret or a shortcut. In our experience, the secret to professionals training, is that professionals train in secret. There is no easy way out. One of the biggest obstacles people have when it comes to training is finding enough time. Time management seems to be the biggest determinant in a person’s success in any given training program. 


The first question we always ask when it comes to writing someone a program is, “How much time can you realistically commit each day and each week?” Even one day per week will make a difference. However, you must commit! 


I’ve trained many different types of people with varying commitment levels.  So I want to make one thing clear: time is not an excuse. You need to MAKE time in the same fashion you would make time for the dentist if you had a monster tooth ache. Its a question of choice.

Before you request request training , you must first answer the question what am I training for? 


I want train  because I want to lose fat

I want train because I want to gain size and weight

I want train because I want to lose muscle and be more efficient runner

I want to train  because I'm injured, can't train and don't want to balloon up like a pig

I want to train because I want to gain an advantage on my competition and human performance  


Once we lock away the reason, then we can let the magic begin!
