 The 'Wolf Pack' is an interactive team building training session that converts individuals into great collaborators and more effective team players. During this intense, experiential training, you will test yourself against the Black Wolf Standard and learn effective techniques that will allow you to fearlessly dominate many of life’s challenges. You will acquire a mental toughness and resilience you never knew existed in you, learning the value of 'Philotimo*' and discovering your true potential! Our training develops the social fabric of your team in order to  improve relationships and communication, we also uncover different skill sets by encouraging participants to try something new. We offer a unique experience which facilitates a productive work environment by breaking down barriers.

The body is a tool of self-exploration, never the point itself. We remove ego and false confidence, only then can you rebuild yourself and be a valued member of your team. Wolf Pack is a different animal to all other team building events and programs. It requires commitment. It requires a will and desire to improve. It requires going through some psychological crucible and challenging your limits, both perceived and real. 


The outcome of sports competition, actual combat and life itself is decided largely by one's attitude. Your "firepower", whether physical or technical is a contributing factor, but "heart" governs the application of these resources. Spirit is the most powerful force on the field. Acquiring the spirit necessary to support your team, which includes a positive acceptance of pain, is difficult in a society where comfort and popularity is more highly regarded than actual ability. You become what you do. How and what you become depends on environmental influence so you become who you hang around. If your environment is not making you better, change it. We did! We surround ourselves with people like ourselves and with those whom we admire and want to become. Instead of removing discomfort we prescribe it. When we exercise we also exorcise. We value horsepower ahead of appearance not vice-versa.

We welcome you on this journey of self discovery and introspection. Remember, this is not about us, it is solely about YOU and YOUR TEAM! In the end, you will make the D (decision), we are just here to help! This is not a pre-cooked structured program, our approach and recommendations are based solely on our past field experience, we learn by doing. We are here to help you understand who YOU really are. Perception of self is critical, in our experience what people think they are and what they are actually are capable of is sometimes worlds apart. We are here to bridge that gap. 

Wolf Pack  is an intensive program conducted in a military-like manner which enables you to gain mental clarity, physical fitness, increased focus, increased awareness of self, your teammates and your surroundings. You are not competing for special forces selection, you are striving for a better version of yourself and becoming a valuable member of your pack!


Who is it for?

This program was created to give companies and their employees the opportunity to experience the mental and physical regimen and practices of the Black Wolf Instructors. What you see at our facility is a small window into the world of hurt we endure in our own training. We are proud that many of businesses are beginning to ask the right questions, it shows a readiness to be tested. The training was designed for corporate groups who seeks to develop mental mastery through their training and to understand the value of team work. 


Remember, YOU are the determining factor in this equation.  

After completing this training, you will:

 • Have a clearer understanding of what your capable of

 • Redefine your limits, mental, physical, spiritual

 • Approach problems in a different manner

 • be able to improvise, adapt and overcome

 • Learn the code of ‘Philotimo’**.

A minimum level of fitness is required for this type of training.

** Philotimo is considered to be the highest of all Greek virtues which determines and regulates how someone should behave in their family and social groups. It is mostly about respect and doing the right thing. In its simplest form it means "doing good", and it ensures your behaviour will make you stand out from others. It will demonstrate what kind of a person you are and the manner in which you were brought up. It can mean gratitude for a small gift someone might have given you, or a small random act of kindness someone may have shown you. It is an appreciation and admiration for heritage and ancestors — philotimo is honor and pride.

During the Second World War, strong bonds were formed and still exist in places like the Greek islands where the locals would risk their own lives to hide and shelter Australian soldiers from the Nazi occupying forces. The locals felt duty-bound to help, their philotimo urged them on - If caught, they risked facing a firing squad.

Philotimo is the feeling of not being able to do enough for your family, society and your community; it is expressed through acts of generosity and sacrifice without expecting anything in return. Philotimo is to get more satisfaction from giving than from taking.
