Business Sales Representative
Job Description:
- Pursue warm leads and generate your own via email and telephone
- Follow up with leads and assist our senior sales reps
- Answer customer questions about the phone system software and use online meeting tools to demonstrate how our software works
- Organize Sales Lead information within our CRM software
Required Skills:
- Must be familiar with Computers, Windows, Email, and know how to find solutions and answers online quickly
- Strong communication skills with a solid grasp on Business Language and the ability to speak with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Must be able to follow directions, and work as part of a team as well as work independently
- Must be highly motivated and willing to learn

Job Description:
- Answer Phone Calls and help customers
- Reply to emails and tickets through our online support system
- Train customers on how to program our phone system software
- Diagnose and remedy issues with their phones and phone system
Required Skills:
- Must be familiar with Computers, Windows, Email, and know how to find solutions and answers online quickly
- Basic Networking Knowledge, Computers, Telephones and Telecom equipment
- Strong communication skills with a solid grasp on Business Language and the ability to speak with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Must be able to follow directions, and work as part of a team as well as work independently
- Must be able to Multitask and solve problems
- Must be highly motivated and willing to learn
